I don’t know why, but I was apprehensive to book Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Resort! Until,,,,,,,,,,,,,I found a freakishly amazing Annual Passholder Club Level discount available, then took into account its proximity to not one but two Walt Disney World Resort theme parks; Epcot & Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The Boardwalk Inn GODS were speaking to me and they had my attention fo sho, actually they were practically screaming at me~ STAY HERE! Golly gee, I’m sure glad we did!

Dining/On-Property

Leaping Horse Libations- Pool Bar serves quick service food and you guessed it, libations. The Piña Co-Lava is there………my fave!

Belle Vue Lounge– Quaint lounge located on second floor inside Disney’s Boardwalk Inn near staircase. In the morning they serve pastry items & coffee. Evening time they serve up the cocktails! A little bit pricey on their spirits…. They also have oddities to view and board games to play, definitely an interesting place to gather. Morning- 6:30am-11am & Evening- 5pm-12am

Dining at Disney’s Boardwalk

Trattoria Al Forno– Italian/ The Character Breakfast takes place here. If you are NOT interested in it, you CAN eat ala-carte! Enjoy!

Pizza Window– You can purchase by the slice or the entire pizza pie! REASONABLY priced…

*Flying Fish– Seafood/ Signature dining. They do have alternative menu items if you’re not a fan of Seafood!

Big River Grille– Americian/ Brewery/ Mediocre food, but the beer is great! I mean how can you screw up beer?!?!

To-Go Cart– Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Mozzarella Sticks, Corn Dogs and your favorite street fair foods! I love trash food, it soothes my soul!

Funnel Cake Cart- Funnel Cakes with all sorts of gooey toppings. They also serve fried ice cream……………..NEED I SAY MORE!

Boardwalk Joe’s Marvelous Margarita’s– Speaks for itself but they also offer a Mickey Pretzel to go along with your buzz and I don’t mean BUZZ LIGHTYEAR, ba dum ching!!!

Boardwalk Bakery– Again it speaks for itself~ Bakery items! FYI, this is where you get your Resort Refillable Mugs refilled! ODD right!?!!? It should be at Belle Vue Lounge, inside the Resort itself, but what-ev!

ESPN Club- Sports Bar with American Pub Fare. A man-cave if you will!

Ample Hills Creamery– I scream, you scream, we all scream for IceCream! AHHHHHHH!!

Abracadabar- Lounge! Magic and drinking, yummy!

Recreation On-Property

1~ FEATURE POOL– Luna Park Pool with Whirlpool Spa, featuring 200 foot Keister Coaster Water Slide with Crazy Clown Face. SCARY

2~ Quiet POOLS– with Whirlpool Spas

Playground– Adjacent Luna Park Pool

Health Club– Muscles & Bustles/ Get your fitness on!

2 Lit Tennis Courts– Complimentary equipment can be picked up at Community Hall.

Movies Under the Stars– Pick up the current movie schedule at the Resort front desk.

Yoga on the Lawn– Join the yogis on the Grand Lawn at the crack of DAWN!

Fishing Excursions– Book through Disney’s Sport & Recreation Department- 1 (407) 939-2277.

Surrey Bikes– $25 per 30 minutes for a 2-seater or 4 seater Surrey Bicycle!

Jogging Trail– Around Crescent Lake/ Receive Trail Map from lobby concierge!

Bonfire– Roast some complimentary marshmallows at the resort. If you’d rather have Smores, then buy graham crackers and chocolate from the Screendoor General Store located on the Boardwalk!

Screendoor General Store– A humongous gift shop that actually has three names- Disney’s Character Corner, Thimbles & Threads and Screendoor General Store, but once you enter you realize its just one large store with different sections. They sell grocery items, fresh baked desserts, grab & go foods, alcohol by the bottle, housewares and plenty of Disney souvenirs, they even sell Disney Dooney & Bourkes.

Dundy’s Sundries– A small gift shop located inside the lobby of Disney’s Boardwalk Inn.

I’m thankful the Disney Boardwalk Inn GODS spoke to me, rather, screamed at me. We had a lovely stay and the entire staff went above and beyond! Enjoy!
